Great family getaway!

Had a lovely stay for one night! The pool was awesome, especially with the kids' floats and noodles. Plus, the soft play area was super clean and the staff were really friendly. We ordered dinner to eat in the soft play to keep our little one happy, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was 5-star standard. Just wish the noise from other rooms wasn't so loud though.

I had such a lovely evening enjoying the serene sauna and a refreshing dip in the indoor pool, making the stay truly relaxing. While everything was great, we did notice a loose panel under the bathroom sink that could be a concern for little ones. Definitely recommend checking out the spa for a blissful escape! 😊

Nice stay with comfy vibes

We had a nice 4-night stay in a deluxe double room. Super comfy and clean. The staff were really friendly and helped us out a lot! Tried the restaurant for dinner, and it was tasty. One thing though, breakfast had a bit of mold on our toast, which was kinda gross.

This hotel perfectly suits my needs with excellent wi-fi, a relaxing spa & wellness centre, and a cozy bar/lounge area. On my first visit, the staff guided me to attractions, which I appreciated.

The hotel lacked air conditioning in the rooms, which felt underwhelming given the price. Noise from work being done outside on the ground floor invaded privacy early in the morning, making for an uncomfortable wake-up. the two single mattresses shoved together for a double bed left much to be desired in terms of comfort. I also found the restaurant’s wine list disappointingly limited during dinner and, as expected from a spot like this, I’d have hoped for more options, especially after a long wait for drinks.

Comfortable room, convenient facilities, with a nice gym and indoor swimming pool that made our stay enjoyable. Free parking added to the convenience of exploring the area.
